"Full-Cycle" Service Package
OCR conducts full-cycle, start-to-finish, turn-key recruiting programs of various scopes.
OCR can handle recruitment processes from beginning to end for any size company, including sourcing candidates, conducting on-campus interviews, arranging second round interviews and assisting with the on-boarding of new employees. OCR can be used as a company's sole means of college recruiting or just at selected schools or for selected majors.
"Admin Only" Service Package
OCR administers all administrative aspects of on-campus recruiting programs.
For any size program, OCR handles the administration of recruitment processes at selected campuses allowing the client to simply arrive on campus and conduct the scheduled interviews. OCR completes the planning, administration and follow-through processes unique to each campus.
"Ala Carte" Service Package
An OCR client may build a unique Service Package by selecting individual services from our comprehensive menu.

School Research & Selection
OCR conducts research to identify universities at which our clients are most likely to find and successfully recruit candidates to match the profile for the position.
College Event Management
OCR completes the registration process, and coordinates staffing and logistics for Career Fairs, Information Sessions, and other campus events. If requested, OCR staff will attend the recruitment events to represent our clients or in conjunction with the client's staff.
Sourcing and Screening Support
OCR initiates proven strategies to proactively reach out to students through multiple channels. Once qualified candidates have been identified, OCR encourages candidates to apply for the client's positions, then conducts up to a three-level screening process before referring qualified candidates.
Warehousing & Shipping
OCR handles the storage, shipping, receiving and tracking of giveaways, literature, and display booths for multiple-campus recruitment events.
